You don't need a lot of equipment to get in shape. I bring everything you need, or can utilize your home gym. Work one on one or with your spouse or neighbor! Strength training as well as yoga and cardio conditioning (when space allows) can all happen in your home or office.

Have back problems or shoulder pain? A corrective exercise program can help you get back on track. A complete postural assessment identifies areas of weakness, and a program that you do on your own is developed and demonstrated.
